Project information:

• Location: Warsaw (on-site / hybrid)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9-17
• Level: Junior
• Start date: Depending on the candidates availability
• Remuneration: up to 10000 PLN gross (UoP/B2B)
• Claims management for insurance programmes
• Keeping customers regularly informed of the progress of claims and complaints
• Entering data into the system
• Effective and timely management of claims
• Cooperating with other departments and entities involved in the claims handling process

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch (min C1)
• Good knowledge of English (min B2)
• Good organisation of work
• Independence and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
