Your responsibilities:

1. Timely and comprehensive settlement of damages incurred in road, sea and air transportation.
2. Gathering documentation to establish liability for the incident.
3. Conducting correspondence in English.
4. Analyzing the collected documentation and preparing a decision to pay or refuse to pay compensation.
5. Conducting recourse proceedings against entities responsible for the occurrence of the damage.
6. Ongoing contact with the client and DSV units.

Our requirements:

1. Very good knowledge of English.
2. Well acquainted with MS Office package.
3. Experience in insurance, logistics or customer service (welcome).
4. Able to make decisions independently with highly developed communication skills.
5. Meticulousness, responsibility, and ability to prioritize assigned tasks.
6. Able to work under time pressure.
