At MIDAS IT, we’re looking for Junior and Senior Structural Engineers to join our Technical Support Team. In this role, you’ll support our clients, solve engineering challenges, and help shape the future of structural design technologies.

? What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support and solutions via the MIDAS Help Desk
- Meet with clients, understand their needs, and deliver practical engineering guidance
- Validate new features & bug fixes through testing and analysis
- Create training materials, technical blogs, and knowledge-sharing content
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Bachelor’s or higher)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in structural design or analysis
- Knowledge of structural mechanics, FEM, RCC, PSC, steel structures
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and teamwork
- A customer-first mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Work on challenging, real-world engineering problems with industry-leading software
