We’re building something exciting in Kraków — a new Integrated Delivery Center (IDC) focused on delivering world‑class Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CS&A) engineering solutions. We’re looking for a Civil Engineering Team Leader. This is your chance to work on some of the world’s most exciting nuclear and energy projects; from Small and Advanced Modular Reactor technologies to renewable energy and high‑energy industrial projects.
The Civil Engineering Sr Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of civil engineers to deliver high‑quality design solutions for complex projects in the nuclear and energy sectors. This leadership role combines technical oversight, team development, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure compliance with standards, timely delivery, and operational excellence. As a Sr Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise the daily activities of a small team of professionals, set priorities, and ensure task completion. You will apply your technical expertise to solve problems, provide guidance, and contribute to resource planning and policy development. This position requires strong leadership, technical depth, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
