Obowiązki

• managing and maintaining a virtualized environment built on Citrix and Microsoft technologies,
• providing operational support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment, including VDI infrastructure,
• handling daily operations such as incident resolution, service request fulfillment, and change implementation in line with ITIL practices,
• system performance tracking, troubleshooting, environment optimization,
• implement and manage security policies to protect the Citrix environment,
• share knowledge and provide guidance to enable future support teams.

Wymagania

• solid experience in managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure, including Desktop Delivery Controller (DDC), StoreFront, profile management, Citrix policy configuration,
• in-depth knowledge of virtual desktop troubleshooting,
• strong skills in Windows Desktop environments,
• experience with Windows Server administration,
• proficiency in managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs),
• basic understanding of networking concepts,
• practical experience with PowerShell scripting,
• ability to work independently and take initiative,
• very good knowledge of English and German (spoken and written).
