providing troubleshooting, maintenance, and day-to-day operational support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including the VDI infrastructure,
handling core ITIL processes such as incident, service request, and change management.
Wymagania
working knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure, including Desktop Delivery Controller, StoreFront, profile management, and Citrix policies,
deep understanding of virtual desktop troubleshooting,
strong proficiency in Windows desktop environments,
experience in managing Windows Server systems,
hands-on knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) management,
basic understanding of networking concepts,
ability to write and use PowerShell scripts,
proactive attitude with the ability to work independently,
strong technical expertise combined with effective communication skills,
nice to have:
familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow,
basic knowledge of hypervisors,
experience with NetScaler Load Balancing.
