responsibilities :
Systems design, porting /software integration, systems installation / decommissioning, systems software, IT operations
Monitoring correct operations of VDIs
Performing acceptance testing, replying to user comments, and examining performance & user experience
Assistance in creation and delivery of electronic communication inside and outside the client organization
Support for VDIs
Coordinating operational activities together with technical teams from other departments and with the support of service providers to ensure system stability and further development and enhancements
Follow up/ fix findings found by regular technical/ security audits
requirements-expected :
Virtual Desktop infrastructure (VDI) management
Deep knowledge about Virtual Desktops troubleshooting
Managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure – working knowledge about Desktop Delivery Controller, Storefront, profile management, Citrix policies
Experience in MS Azure
Experience with VDI in hybrid cloud environment (on-prem & MS Azure)
Knowledge and experience in VDI administration and services configuration on Microsoft Windows
Network, troubleshooting and application knowledge
English and German language is must have
