responsibilities :
Design, deploy, and manage Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
Develop scalable solutions for application and desktop virtualization.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate Citrix solutions with existing infrastructure.
Optimize Citrix environments for performance, security, and reliability.
Manage user access, profiles, and policies.
Contribute to automation efforts for improving efficiency and scalability.
Provide Level 2 support for Citrix-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
Implement measures to secure the Citrix infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Guide and train junior engineers on Citrix-related technologies.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
requirements-expected :
A Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in IT systems engineering or administration.
Proficiency in Citrix technologies, with certifications like Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V) or Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V) being highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Level 2/3 support.
