• Develop scalable solutions for application and desktop virtualization.

• Optimize Citrix environments for performance, security, and reliability.
• Manage user access, profiles, and policies.
• Contribute to automation efforts for improving efficiency and scalability.
• Provide Level 2 support for Citrix-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Implement measures to secure the Citrix infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Guide and train junior engineers on Citrix-related technologies.

• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT systems engineering or administration.
• Proficiency in Citrix technologies, with certifications like Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V) or Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V) being highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Level 2/3 support.
