About the project

Workplace: 100% remote

Notice period: ASAP (maximum 1 month notice period)

Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS, long-term cooperation

Project: providing support within Citrix technology on various levels: project, automation, operational improvement, maintenance, security

Client: international company specializing in IT and consulting services

Technology stack: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops: Citrix Delivery Controller, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Services, Provisioning Services (PVS), Director, License Server

Your responsibilities

Building and administering enterprise scale Citrix Virtual Apps and DaaS Services with very large brokered resource inventory
Citrix MCS image lifecycle management for persistent VDI
Citrix PVS image lifecycle process administration
Infrastructure component upgrades, patching, change validation
Managing implementation of Citrix Workspace App upgrades to all virtual desktops and Client managed Laptops/Desktops
Coordinating/managing upgrade of Citrix Virtual Desktop Agent to persistent VD
ServiceNow incident resolution
Review of daily, weekly, monthly brokering infrastructure services health

Our requirements

Proven expertise with Citrix Delivery Controller, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Services, Provisioning Services (PVS), Director and License Server
Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position
Advanced English language proficiency
Good communication skills
Self-management skills
