We are looking for an experienced Citrix Administrator to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that cooperates with one of our Norwegian clients.
We are seeking a hands-on technician with strong skills in modern Citrix virtual desktop environments. You will operate and improve Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops across on-premises and Citrix Cloud platforms, ensuring stable, secure and high-performing virtual desktops and applications for enterprise users.

responsibilities :
Citrix Virtual Desktop Operations: Support and operate Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops across on-premises and Citrix Cloud environments, including image lifecycle, session performance, published apps/desktops and user profiles.
Application lifecycle: Handle the complete application lifecycle across Citrix platforms —packaging, deployment, updates and retirement.
Access, security and compliance: Oversee that access layers, policies, profiles and core security protections are correctly implemented and maintained across environments.
Infrastructure Integration: Work with supporting services such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, Delivery Controllers, StoreFront and Citrix Gateway, load balancing, networking and monitoring to deliver a stable and performant Citrix platform across cloud and on-prem.
Advanced support: Deliver 2nd/3rdline troubleshooting, performing diagnostics and root cause analysis, and contribute to shift-left by enabling support teams with knowledge and clear documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive improvement opportunities across environments, streamline operational workflows and support standardisation through automation and smarter configurations.
