Mid-Level to Senior Citizen Developer – Low-Code Platforms. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. Your responsibilities Develop and optimize automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate various data sources and systems via APIs to enable seamless automation. Maintain and update low-code applications, ensuring security and best practices. Work closely with IT teams to implement solutions that adhere to organizational standards. Document solutions and provide support for end-users. Continuously review and improve automation processes to maximize performance and user satisfaction. Our requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience with no-code/low-code development platforms (preferably Webcon). Strong understanding of BPMS principles and workflow automation. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions without extensive coding. Proficiency with APIs and data integration techniques. Knowledge of relational databases and data structures. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Outstanding communication skills with non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL. Fluent in Polish at B2/C1 level. Optional Experience programming in C#. Familiarity with tools such as Postman, GitLab, Visual Studio.
