Citi Private Bank Investment Operations Analyst is an intermediate‑level position within EMEA Private Bank Investment Operations, providing operational support to the Private Bank Investment Business covering products such as Traditional Investments, Mutual and Alternative Investment Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, and Structured Products. The overall objective of this role is to process and monitor execution and settlement of transactions, maintain records on client accounts, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data, and manage reference data such as securities creation/maintenance and asset pricing.

Job responsibilities

• Processing, verification and record keeping for investment products based on the provided documentation/instruction
• Supporting Investment Operations in daily activities
• Investigating discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls
• Identifying inconsistencies in the process and mitigating risks in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external key stakeholders from multiple locations
• Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA
• Participation and coordination of UAT testing for new systems, products, or functionalities
• Contributing to business goals

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, University degree, or equivalent professional experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Understanding of investment products and financial markets
• Very good command of English
• Strong ability to learn quickly and willingness to acquire new skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VBA – nice to have)
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
