Opis stanowiska:

1. Resolving customer queries sent via email regarding billing, invoices, credit notes;
2. Providing customers with necessary information and possible solutions;
3. General administrative tasks (e.g. Creating reports, fulfilling database).

We expect from applicants:

1. Very good Dutch (especially in writing);
2. Very good English;
3. Strong communication skills;
4. Ability to work under time pressure and to deal with multiple tasks;
5. Soft skills (problem analysis, problem solving, good decision making);
6. At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only).
