We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of IT to join our clients leadership team. The ideal candidate will lead the ongoing digital transformation, overseeing the evolution of both core systems and e-commerce platforms. As a key leader, you will ensure that technology is fully aligned with business objectives, while managing a comprehensive development roadmap. This role is pivotal to the companys strategy, requiring deep expertise in IT operations, system architecture, and a strong focus on innovation and performance management.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire technological roadmap and its execution.Your expertise will be essential in overseeing Software Development (e-commerce platform development, cloud infrastructure), Core IT (IT operations, Corporate Architecture, Security, ERP, and other core systems), as well as Physical Stores & Logistics (warehouse and logistics applications management). As the CEO of the technological roadmap, you will redefine both short- and long-term strategies for these areas in alignment with the overall business strategy.
responsibilities :
E-commerce Platform Development:
- Oversee the development of a large-scale e-commerce platform.
- Manage the performance, cost, and quality of ongoing technological upgrades and the team.
- Align investment and resources with both short- and long-term business goals.
Enterprise-Level Architecture & Core Systems:
- Lead the transformation of enterprise-level architecture, including ERP and core retail systems.
- Collaborate with architects and vendors to evolve systems while minimizing risks and managing bottlenecks.
- Oversee the implementation of key projects, including warehousing and logistics systems, ensuring business continuity.
IT Operations & Security:
- Ensure the effectiveness of IT operations across the retail network and warehouses.
- Maintain a secure and compliant infrastructure in alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvements in order management and other operational areas.
Logistics Automation & System Integration:
- Oversee the automation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and the integration of robotic solutions.
- You run the maintenance and development teams to ensure seamless operation and growth in this area.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with the companys transformation goals.
- Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure technological initiatives are in line with business strategy.
Leadership & Performance Management:
- Provide strong leadership and performance management to development and operational teams.
- Drive execution excellence and ensure that teams deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop future technology leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Proven experience in a senior CIO/CTO role within a complex, large-scale organization.
Strong expertise in enterprise-level architecture, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms.
Hands-on experience with digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, and modern technology stacks.
Track record of managing large, cross-functional teams and development roadmaps.
Strong understanding of vendor management, system integration, and performance optimization.
Experience working in industries such as retail, logistics, or distribution is an important aspect.
