Chief Technology Officer – GFT Technologies Poland
Lead and shape GFT Technology strategy, deliver innovative solutions, and drive high performance across global technology organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent GFT as a thought leader in technology through conferences, publications, and media.
- Position GFT as the premier destination for top technology talent.
- Lead discussions on the future of technology aligned with client needs.
- Participate actively in presales, solution validation, and proposal preparation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and technology partners.
- Inject innovation into solutions and proposals, solving complex technical challenges.
- Manage client escalations related to technology.
- Act as a technology advisor to the Board.
- Collaborate with GTO and the Global Business Development Platform to shape global offerings.
- Mentor technical leaders, engineers, and architects.
- Lead formal and informal technical communities; support career paths and recruitment.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, autonomy, and high technical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of business experience in IT.
- Extensive knowledge of the financial sector and its regulatory environment.
- Proven experience across multiple technologies and client engagements.
- T‑shaped technology leadership with deep expertise in software architecture, enterprise platforms, custom application development, data & AI solutions, and cloud platforms.
- Track record of technical thought leadership and leading large‑scale technology initiatives.
- Strong influence and inspiration capabilities within technical teams.
- Passion for AI and advocacy of AI‑driven solutions.
- Ability to combine strategic vision with hands‑on involvement in client solutions.
- Excellent client engagement and executive presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
