We are looking for a Chief People and Culture Officer (CPO) who will be responsible for implementing NG Logic’s People & Culture vision and mission, driving organizational changes and improvements to foster a thriving workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential. 


The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader capable of translating NG Logic’s People & Culture strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development across the organization. 


Location: Poland (primarily remote work) 


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with company goals and the People & Culture vision and mission. 
  • Foster a positive company culture across remote and in-office teams, emphasizing inclusivity, transparency, and work-life balance. 
  • Lead retention and development initiatives, including designing and implementing career development programs. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws in all operational countries. 
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution. 
  • Collaborate with the executive team on organizational development and structure. 
  • Implement and oversee structured people management and line management practices. 
  • Develop and execute strategies for employee engagement, recognition, and well-being. 
  • Lead the development of succession planning and key people programs. 
  • Oversee the implementation of feedback mechanisms 
  • Develop and manage global data management systems for HR-related information. 
  • Collaborate with the Talent Team to enhance employer branding, onboarding, and employee development initiatives. 
  • Develop and implement knowledge sharing and mentoring programs. 
  • Oversee the management of benefits and perks packages that meet the needs of a global, remote workforce. 


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience in the tech industry with global, remote teams. 
  • Strong understanding of US, Polish and international HR practices and regulations. 
  • Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and programs. 
  • Proven track record in organizational development and culture-building initiatives. 
  • Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Fluent in English and Polish
