About the Role
Zepter International, a globally established brand present in over 60 countries, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO), Sales & Marketing to lead and scale its operations in Poland. This is a strategic leadership position focused on integrating operational excellence with commercial growth, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable plans.
- Lead by example, sharing expertise and best practices to strengthen team knowledge and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and an upselling culture across all departments.
- Lead initiatives to attract and develop new affiliates.
- Define marketing objectives and oversee campaigns to increase brand awareness and conversion.
- Support digital transformation projects that modernize sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications & Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.
- Experience in direct sales, consumer goods, or health & wellness is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with proven success in achieving sales targets.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to turn strategy into action.
- Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
