Red Sky is a #StartupStudio with +18 years of experience developing IT tech & products. We are a strategic partner of the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder fund. We cooperate through a unique business model that combines the skills of a startup studio and a venture capital fund. We operate using the #VentureBuilding formula. Red Sky leads the recruitment process. The cooperation concerns a newly built company.

Join us as a COO and Co-founder in building a groundbreaking startup at the intersection of AI and computing power. This is a unique opportunity to create a cutting-edge company from the ground up, backed by an experienced startup studio.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership.
• Spearhead sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships to fuel revenue growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Drive the development of products and services that address customer needs and market demands.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and seize new opportunities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sound financial health.
• Exemplify integrity, work ethic, and commitment to the companys core values.

We require

• Proven Track Record:
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in startups.
• At least 3 years of IT implementation experience in large organizations.
• Demonstrable experience in building startups and projects from the ground up.
• A solid understanding of AI and its applications.
• Strong grasp of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies.
• Passion for fostering growth, innovation, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and process design.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with AI implementation.
