Cooperation model

Join us as a CMO and Co-founder in building a startup at the intersection of energy and marketplaces - platform for virtual prosumers. This is a unique opportunity to create a cutting-edge company from the ground up, backed by an experienced startup studio.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership.
• Spearhead sales and marketing strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships to fuel revenue growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Participate in the development of products and services that address customer needs and market demands.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and seize new opportunities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sound financial health.
• Exemplify integrity, work ethic, and commitment to the companys core values.

Requirements:

• Proven Track Record:
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in startups.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2C marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong grasp of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies.
• Passion for fostering growth, innovation, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and process design.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.

• Experience in the energy market.
