About the Company:
We are supporting our Client, a dynamically growing financial services organisation specialising in factoring solutions for the B2B sector, in the recruitment of an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will also join the company’s Management Board. The company combines financial stability with an innovative approach, offering modern working capital solutions and maintaining a strong client-centric perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full leadership of the finance function, including accounting, controlling, treasury, and management reporting.
- Co-creation of the company’s strategic direction and active involvement in top-level decision-making.
- Oversight of liquidity management, risk management, capital adequacy, and financial governance.
- Representation of the company before regulatory bodies and financial institutions (including KNF, funding banks).
- Close cooperation with the Management Board on product development, operational optimisation, and business scaling.
- Building, leading, and developing the finance team while implementing best practices in governance and compliance.
- Coordination of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses supporting strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10–12 years of professional experience in finance, including roles such as CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership.
- Experience within financial institutions, preferably factoring, banking, leasing, or financial fintech.
- Proven experience working with regulatory bodies (e.g. KNF) and strong knowledge of financial regulations.
- Expertise in liquidity management, risk management, and funding structures.
- Experience at board level or close cooperation with supervisory boards.
- Strategic mindset and ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CFA are an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen, and strong sense of responsibility.
