Our client, a dynamic and growing capital group, is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join its Management Board. The CFO will play a key role in shaping the Group’s financial strategy, driving long-term growth, and overseeing all aspects of financial management and M&A activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management.
• Supervise financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and capital structure management.
• Drive M&A initiatives, including valuation, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
• Partner closely with the CEO and the Management Board to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure effective financial governance, risk management, and sustainable value creation.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization across the Group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior financial leadership, ideally within a capital group or multi-entity structure.
• Strong background in corporate finance, investment management, and M&A.
• Demonstrated ability to work at the Board level and influence strategic direction.
• Analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and business acumen.
• Degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA) are a plus.
