Your Responsibilities
- Supervision of full accounting in accordance with the Accounting Act, tax law, and US GAAP standards
- Oversight of tax settlements (CIT, VAT, local taxes)
- Handling settlements related to operations within the Special Economic Zone
- Verification of accounting documents in terms of formal, accounting, and substantive correctness
- Preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss account, and other financial statements required by law
- Preparation of documentation for external audits, tax inspections, and internal needs
- Cooperation with the Shared Services Center (SSC)
- Ongoing control of accounting accounts
- Preparation of GUS and NBP declarations
- Supervision of accounting document archiving
- Coordination of the accounting team’s work – motivating, developing, and building engagement
- Ensuring compliance of accounting processes with SOX internal control procedures
- Implementation and updating of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
Our requirements
- Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles in a production environment
- Very good knowledge of tax law, the Accounting Act, and VAT regulations
- Experience in preparing tax declarations and financial statements
- Ability to interpret and apply regulations in practice
- Very good knowledge of US GAAP – mandatory
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Good work organization, independence, and commitment
