Our client is a production and distribution company seeking a candidate for the position of Finance Manager. We are open to profiles of Chief Accountants looking to take the next step in their careers and assume comprehensive responsibility for the financial management of the entire organization. We also welcome applications from candidates who are already working as Finance Managers.

Tasks:

• Assume responsibility for P&L and balance sheet management.
• Lead and manage the reporting processes, including group and statutory reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Manage statutory accounting and tax reporting, including the preparation and submission of financial statements.
• Supervise the year-end closing process and audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including tasks such as transfer pricing documentation and MDR reporting.
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external tax advisors.
• Lead the team, with a focus on employee development.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably a Masters in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
• Experience with SAP ERP system, particularly the FI/CO module.
• At least 4 years of extensive experience in operational finance.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in accounting and controlling.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage tasks while also performing them independently when necessary.
• Proficiency in both English and Polish.
