- Full responsibility for end-to-end accounting of the company
- Oversight of tax settlements: CIT, VAT, WHT, real estate tax
- Preparation of financial statements, budgets and monitoring their execution
- Financial reporting to the Management Board and external institutions
- Active participation in optimizing and improving financial and accounting processes
- Cooperation with banks, auditors and business partners
- Managing a team of 5-7 people - mentoring, development and engagement building
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant
- (experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset)
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Very good command of English, used on a daily basis
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Navision / Business Central / SAP) will be an additional advantage
- Stable employment directly with the employer (employment contract)
- Salary range: PLN 16,000 - 20,000 gross
