Managing the accounting team and providing technical supervision over their work
Maintaining and controlling accounting records for the Flex Wind Group companies across Europe
Overseeing tax settlements (VAT, mandatory reports, local reports) and collaborating with external partners
Optimizing processes in the financial and accounting system, as well as the process of integrating new companies into the organization in terms of system, accounting policies of the Flex Wind Group, and transfer pricing policy
Coordinating the reporting period closure processes and preparing financial reports
Preparing accounting data for the annual financial statements for authors within the Flex Wind Group and preparing statutory reports for Flex Wind Group companies that are not subject to statutory audits. Actively participating in the group's financial audit
Monitoring changes in tax regulations and ensuring their implementation
Representing the company in front of the financial and tax authorities
Close cooperation with the Financial Director, auditors, and other company departments
Managing projects aimed at improving accounting processes
Participating in the creation and ongoing adjustments of the transfer pricing policy for the Flex Wind Group and supporting the provision of appropriate documentation for companies
Overseeing transactions between related companies in Europe
Providing advisory services to the Flex Wind Group on optimizing tax and accounting solutions when entering new markets
Our requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
Relevant education: Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Very good command of the English language at least at the B2 level, particularly in the areas of accounting and finance
Knowledge of the Accounting Act and transfer pricing regulations
Experience in international issues related to VAT, double taxation agreements, and consolidated financial statement mechanisms
Knowledge of Microsoft BC365 will be an additional advantage
Attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
Ability to make independent decisions
