What we expect

• Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in the accounting environment (accounting, taxes, statutory reporting, group consolidation) connected with the Polish Accounting
• Higher education and deep, practical knowledge of accounting standards and Polish tax rules
• Fundamental understanding of finance processes and experience in finance systems (know-how of functioning in the international environment is desirable)
• Good command of spoken and written English (B2 level onwards)
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel; Knowledge of Oracle HFM (Oracle Hyperion Financial Management System) is nice to have

Your tasks

• Accounting in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company group requirements
• Supervising that company accounting policies and procedures fulfilled
• Timely preparation of tax declarations (VAT, CIT. WHT), financial statements and internal reports
• Cooperation with auditors, financial institutions, and stakeholders
• Reviewing and improving service quality and team performance
• Coordinating and communicating effectively between various counterparties and customers
• Proposing improvements in the teams daily work and identifying system development opportunities
