Twój zakres obowiązków

Drive experimental research and troubleshoot challenges associated with nanoMIPs synthesis and characterization.
Implement analytical techniques such as DLS, SPR, TEM to characterize nanoMIPs and assess their performance.
Evaluate nanoMIPs performance, including binding affinity, selectivity, and stability.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicist, materials scientists, engineers, regulatory and quality assurance) to integrate MIPs into functional devices or products.
Prepare technical reports, patents, and scientific publications to disseminate findings and contribute to the company’s intellectual property portfolio.
Keep abreast of the latest scientific and technological advancements in polymer chemistry, molecular recognition, and related fields, applying new insights to drive innovation in nanoMIP technology.

Nasze wymagania

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science.
3+ years of hands-on experience in the design, synthesis, and application of nanoMIPs or similar
Track record of publications or patents in the field of MIPs and nanoMIPs.
The ability to troubleshoot and optimize MIPs and nanoMIPs synthesis and performance.
Proficiency in characterization techniques, such as DLS, TEM, SPR
