As part of our business growth, we are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to lead upgrade projects in an international environment. This role is part of the project department of Region 2 (World excluding France, Belgium and Americas) of the Services organization. The Senior Project Manager drives the execution of a project or a portfolio of projects to guarantee safety, quality, timing and financial results.

Role and responsibilities

• Drive a project or portfolio of projects with significant impact on the organization.
• Understand the contract with the client, identify rights and obligations, ensure enforcement and anticipate actions to protect interests in coordination with functions such as contract management and engineering.
• Apply Arabelle Solutions processes and project procedures.
• Lead the project team, ensure all members understand their roles, define interfaces, and coordinate with the Project Director.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, provide support, and share ideas with team members.
• Establish and monitor SQDC performance indicators (Safety, Quality, Time, Cost) for your scope of responsibility.
• Identify resource and expertise needs, compile them and request support from the Project Manager when necessary.
• With the support of functions, trigger and apply the claim strategy defined by the project, transparently to the Project Manager, the customer and suppliers.
• Participate in negotiations with major suppliers and with customers when required.
• Prepare project reviews for the scope of your responsibilities.
• Immediately identify any quality deviation and involve the necessary functions for corrective and preventive action.
• Identify and anticipate risks of delays in delivery, quality or cost, and implement required actions to limit them.

Skills

• BAC+5 Master of Engineering, School or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in management of complex, international, multidisciplinary projects, preferably in energy production.
• Experience in project execution in a Russian environment.
• Russian speaking is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the nuclear field.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Autonomy and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft Office applications knowledge.
• SAP knowledge.
