- Position: Chef de Partie
- Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent
- Working Hours: Approx. 39 hours per week (additional hours paid)
- Salary: €16.50 – €18.00 gross per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
- Start Date: As soon as possible / flexible for the right candidate
- Accommodation: Single room accommodation from approx. €50 per week (limited availability, on-site or short distance to workplace)

About the Kitchen
You will join a professional gastro pub kitchen focused on:

Key Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Manage your assigned section during preparation and service
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Prepare mise en place and support efficient service during busy periods
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
- Follow HACCP and food safety procedures
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Support junior kitchen staff when required
✔ Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3–5 years professional kitchen experience
- Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Ability to work in a busy service environment
- Good teamwork and organisational skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience in gastro pub, restaurant or hotel kitchens is highly valued.
Accommodation Support
Single room accommodation may be available from approximately €50 per week , either on-site or within a short distance of the workplace , for chefs relocating from abroad.
