You will join a professional gastro pub kitchen focused on:

‍ Key Responsibilities

As Chef de Partie you will:

  • Manage your assigned section during preparation and service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Prepare mise en place and support efficient service during busy periods
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
  • Follow HACCP and food safety procedures
  • Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
  • Support junior kitchen staff when required

✔ Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3–5 years professional kitchen experience
  • Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Ability to work in a busy service environment
  • Good teamwork and organisational skills
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience in gastro pub, restaurant or hotel kitchens is highly valued.

Accommodation Support

Single room accommodation may be available from approximately €50 per week , either on-site or within a short distance of the workplace , for chefs relocating from abroad.

Important: Accommodation availability is limited and offered subject to availability at the time of travel and job confirmation .
