A chatbot conversational designer is responsible for the entire user experience of a chatbot, defining the chatbots purpose, designing its user experience and content strategy, creating a conversational flows, and testing and iterating on it until everything works perfectly.

Design the end-user experience of a chatbot.
Manage a chatbot knowledge base, ensuring accurate, consistent, and trustworthy content.
Chatbot training – defining the intents and entities and anticipating what the end-user would typically ask.
Apply a broad range of skills to envision, design, illustrate, specify, test, and validate conversational behaviors.
Create dialog flows and templates that convey a conversation architecture.
requirements-expected :
3+ years of work experience in conversation design for consumer products and services.
Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
Excellent writing skills.
Experience with conversational design (sketching, mocking up, evaluation), conversational response writing that aligns with the best practices and brand guidelines, and related technologies (NLP, adaptive cards, etc.).
Chatbot design experience with Microsoft Chatbot Framework and OpenAI (other chatbot services will be an asset).
Skilled at interpreting data and synthesizing findings.
Strong project management skills to work collaboratively with other team members, stakeholders, and developers to complete projects on time.
