Opis stanowiska pracy
Your tasks:
- Answering Customers questions on chat in Bulgarian;
- Supporting the Customers at every stage of purchase;
- Handling and processing returns and complaints;
- Editing of offers;
- Providing the highest possible quality of service.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Bulgarian language at least on B2 level;
- Knowledge of Polish or English at least on B2 (necessary to participate in training);
- Availability to work project hours: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM; Monday through Sunday, with a minimum availability of 120 hours per month;
- Precise and clear formulation of written statements,
- High personal culture;
Experience in working with Customers is welcome.
