Opis stanowiska pracy
Your tasks:
- Answering Customers questions on chat in Bulgarian,
- Supporting the Customers at every stage of purchase,
- Handling and processing returns and complaints,
- Providing the highest possible quality of service.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Bulgarian language at least on B2 level,
- Knowledge of Polish or English at least on B2 (necessary to participate in training),
- Availability to work project hours: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with a minimum availability of 120 hours per month,
- Precise and clear formulation of written statements,
- High personal culture,
Experience in working with Customers is welcome.
