Information about the squad:

The Risk and Finance Data Analytics is the area within the Risk Hub Data & Tools Department focusing on delivering services for Finance COO and Risk COO of ING. We are a multicultural team of 50 professionals building high-quality data and business-oriented solutions to support both ING departments and local units. The Belgium Reporting Chapter focuses on building reporting solutions for the local units of ING, including data integration in dedicated Data Marts and preparing reports and dashboards for business data consumers. As a Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for developing the skills of engineers and analysts, guarding the quality of the team’s work, and building positive relations with the team’s stakeholders.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Chapter Lead Data Management II.”
