You must have:

• At least 2 years of people management experience, including
  • Excellent communication skills and resilience
  • Coaching or mentoring
  • Developing direct reports and others
  • Problem solving

• Minimum 10 years of total IT experience, that ensured:
  • Minimum 5 years of recent hands-on experience in developing microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and building RESTful APIs
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices such as Clean Code, SOLID principles, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Ability to develop secure, testable, and high-performance code
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and profiling tools for Java applications (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Slack)
  • Familiarity with design patterns and best practices for building scalable and highly available systems
  • Experience with Kubernetes and deploying Java applications to cloud platforms (preferably Azure AKS, AWS EKS, or GCP GKE)
  • Practical knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Key Vault, Application Gateway, Azure PostgreSQL, Azure DevOps)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines)
  • Understanding of application security protocols (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, OWASP)
  • In-depth understanding of the full software development lifecycle (design, development, deployment, and maintenance)
  • Focus on continuous code and process improvement to optimize team performance and software quality
