You must have:
- At least 2 years of people management experience, including
- Excellent communication skills and resilience
- Coaching or mentoring
- Developing direct reports and others
- Problem solving
- Minimum 10 years of total IT experience, that ensured:
- Minimum 5 years of recent hands-on experience in developing microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and building RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices such as Clean Code, SOLID principles, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Ability to develop secure, testable, and high-performance code
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and profiling tools for Java applications (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Slack)
- Familiarity with design patterns and best practices for building scalable and highly available systems
- Experience with Kubernetes and deploying Java applications to cloud platforms (preferably Azure AKS, AWS EKS, or GCP GKE)
- Practical knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Key Vault, Application Gateway, Azure PostgreSQL, Azure DevOps)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines)
- Understanding of application security protocols (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, OWASP)
- In-depth understanding of the full software development lifecycle (design, development, deployment, and maintenance)
- Focus on continuous code and process improvement to optimize team performance and software quality
