Your new company

You will join a well‑established international organization undergoing a large‑scale Business Agility transformation. The company operates in a highly service‑oriented, operations‑driven environment where stability, reliability, and continuous improvement are essential. With multiple Tribes and cross‑functional teams, the organization is investing heavily in modern ways of working, leadership development, and enterprise‑level agility. You will become part of a growing Agile community that plays a strategic role in shaping how the company delivers value.

Your new role

As a Chapter Lead Agile Coaching, you will combine hands‑on coaching with people leadership. You will lead and develop the Agile Coaching Chapter, mentor its members, and define standards and best practices for Agile Coaching across the organization. Up to 50% of your time will be spent directly coaching Tribes and teams, helping them strengthen collaboration, delivery effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Tribe Leads and senior stakeholders, supporting them in adopting servant leadership, aligned autonomy, and data‑driven decision‑making. You will also contribute to enterprise‑wide initiatives, such as agile maturity development, OKR implementation, and scaling agile practices in a complex operational environment.
Your role will be central to promoting an agile mindset, building psychological safety, and fostering a learning culture across the organization.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a servant leader with people management responsibilities, ideally in an operations‑oriented environment.
  • 3–5 years of experience working in agile environments, including at least 2 years in complex or enterprise‑level settings with multiple teams or Tribes.
  • Strong coaching skills, with the ability to support both delivery teams and senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks and the ability to apply them contextually rather than dogmatically.
  • Experience in organizational development or change management is highly beneficial.
  • Agile coaching certifications (IC Agile, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org) are an advantage.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset and openness to learning and change.
  • Excellent command of German.
  • Mature, confident personality with a passion for building better organizations.

What you'll get in return

  • A strategic leadership role with real influence on the organization’s agile transformation.
  • The opportunity to shape and grow an Agile Coaching Chapter from both a cultural and professional perspective.
  • A balanced mix of hands‑on coaching and leadership responsibilities.
  • Close collaboration with senior stakeholders and Tribe Leads.
  • A stable, operations‑focused environment where your work directly impacts delivery effectiveness and organizational maturity.
  • A culture that values continuous learning, psychological safety, and sustainable ways of working.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with your experience and leadership scope.
