We are looking for motivated and ambitious young talents to join our Talent Pool Internship Program in Channel Sales Team, starting November 2025 in Warsaw.

What You’ll Gain

  • ✅ Performance-Based Progression — After completing your training phase, your performance will be evaluated through a detailed work report:
    • If your performance is evaluated as Qualified and your daily contributions are recognized, your hourly rate will be increased.
    • You’ll also be encouraged to participate in on-site learning: accompany our Channel Sales team to events, exhibitions, and client meetings to gain practical industry insights.
  • ✅ Path to a Full-Time Role — Top-performing interns may receive a full-time job offer starting the following calendar year.

Note: Offers are extended to high performers who consistently demonstrate growth, responsibility, and contribution. Full-time roles depend on company headcount and policy at the time.

  • Students or recent graduates – major in computer, electronics related science and engineering is preferred (no experience needed)
  • Curious learners with a strong desire to grow
  • Reliable team players who are communicative, collaborative, and responsible
  • Proficient POLISH and CHINESE
