Revenue Operations is the driving force behind every Sales organization, responsible for accelerating the growth of the business by enabling sellers to sell most effectively. Snowflake’s Partner organization is dedicated to accelerating the customer journey to becoming truly data‑driven by empowering our ecosystem of partners to integrate best‑in‑class technology, solutions, and services. We are also integral in addressing the scaling needs of our Partner ecosystem and driving a positive experience for our Partners when working with Snowflake.
Our team is building the capabilities needed to scale Snowflake’s Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategy and Partner ecosystem into new markets and customer segments, introduce uniquely new solutions and services, and sell through new channels.
Responsibilities
- Structure and process deals quickly and accurately
- Run the Business
- Work closely with Snowflake Channel Partners (Resellers & Hyperscalers, e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure); strong preference will be given to candidates who have experience with Channel Partners.
- Provide real‑time channel operations support to partner and sales managers to unblock.
- Serve as the first point of contact for channel deal desk and quote‑to‑cash related inquiries
- Review deal documentation for compliance with policies, commercial terms, and partner programs
- Partner across functional teams with Sales Ops, Desk Deal, Legal, Finance, and RevOps to ensure smooth deal execution and bookings
- Monitor deal throughput, identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for immediate business impact
- Support internal and external compliance and audit reviews for channel business processes and partner workflows
- Change the Business
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) that clarify deal processes
- Create process maps and visual flows to improve visibility and consistency across teams
- Collaborate with systems and IT stakeholders to enhance CRM / PRM / CPQ and contracting tools to support Channel GTM motions
- Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual efforts and improve speed to bookings
- Balance daily deal execution with strategic improvement initiatives that modernize operations and support scaling the business
Must‑Have Qualifications (Expectations on Day One)
- 6+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations or channel operations in high‑growth enterprise software
- Proven ability to manage deal flow from quote through booking with strong attention to detail and policy compliance
- Demonstrated experience documenting processes, writing SOPs, and mapping workflows in tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio
- Solid understanding of CRM / CPQ systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical skills; able to diagnose process bottlenecks and recommend data‑driven improvement
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, RevOps)
- Comfortable working in an evolving GTM motion with ambiguity while creating clarity and structure for others
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce / PRM
- Experience with Snowflake / SQL
- Experience with BI / analytics tools
