Utilize and localize marketing materials/toolkits across partner and channel for consistent brand experience, ensuring timely execution and alignment to budget.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets in collaboration with agencies and partners, focusing on ROI and business impact.
Monitor partner investments, track spend, and establish clear performance benchmarks.
Deliver and adapt digital marketing, visual merchandising, partner events, and lead sharing activations.
Support up/cross-sell activities for Microsoft products to boost partner profitability and advocacy.
Foster partner-to-partner collaboration and engage with stakeholders to address gaps and maximize capability.
Build trust and credibility with internal and partner teams; manage escalations as needed.
Gather, analyze, and report on data/metrics to identify trends and improve future marketing efforts.
Plan and oversee multiple projects, leveraging organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure quality and timely delivery.
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
Masters degree in Business Administration or related field and 4-5+ years experience in sales, marketing, technology, or business development; OR Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Related and 5+ years experience; OR equivalent experience will be considered.
Fluency in Polish/German and English (spoken & written).
Minimum 4-5 years marketing experience in consumer products, with online and/or store execution.
Previous experience in IT company or similar marketing role is a plus.
Experience managing partner marketing relationships and quarterly planning (online/in-store) directly.
