Key Responsibilities
- Reseller Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned resellers to ensure loyalty and commitment to the company’s products and services.
- Performance Monitoring And Reporting: Sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for sales and senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Sales Support And Enablement: Provide resellers with necessary sales tools, product information, pricing, and promotional materials. Conduct training sessions and webinars to enhance reseller knowledge and selling skills.
- Order Management And Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and resolution of any issues raised by resellers.
- Market Intelligence And Feedback: Gather market and competitor information from resellers and relay insights to the company to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Compliance And Policy Enforcement: Ensure resellers comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align reseller activities with company campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a technical field with a desire to move to sales and marketing.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in channel management, reseller management, or sales support roles.
- Knowledge of the Aerospace industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of reseller business models and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in an office environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
