Business Process Change Manager/Specialis is a member of a techno-functional team specialized in implementing and delivering Movement Manager and other airline operations management solutions / modules as part of the Operations Control suite for various airlines across the world. Change Manager/Specialist oversees the process of implementing changes within an organization, ensuring smooth transitions, mitigating risks, and maximizing the benefits of change initiatives.

The Business Process Change Manager/Specialist is responsible for leading and managing organizational change initiatives. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing new processes, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new way of working.
