For a pharmaceutical company were looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM). As an OCM Lead you will be responsible for change management planning, developing and adoption of various products, platforms and solutions. Also you will be responsible for the efficient support of the organization in going through changes and you will develop OCM principles within the organization, and creating new services and products cooperate with Business, Designers and IT experts.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (3+ years)
- Highly effective at building relationships, teams and collaborating with others. Ability to inspire, engage and leverage a diverse workforce, including contractors, employees and consultants
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity
- Outstanding project management skills and ability to flex and multitask in a shifting environment
- Expertise in business partnering and consulting to determine client/customer needs and build effective relationships
- Knowledge and interest in trending topics: new ways of working, Service and Product Design, Design Thinking, UX area, Agile ways of working, Marketing, Facilitation
- Ability to understand technical jargon and distill into simple user facing communications & learning
- Experience in working according to Agile methodologies
- English working proficiency (B2/C1 level)
