The Global Sales Support Team assists local Sales teams across the globe in over 30 local entities, as well as all global sales teams, with Sales-related topics, especially in the areas of learning and training, processes, tools, and sales steering. We are a team based in various locations across five countries.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence, the Change Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of the target Sales organization, aiming to achieve the best performance of the global and local Sales teams. The Change Manager will oversee the identification, description, and design of best practices, as well as optimal processes that secure the highest efficiency of Sales colleagues and cooperation with all key stakeholders.
In addition to a structured mindset and project management skills, the Change Manager will need strong communication skills and solid expertise in change management and the insurance industry.

What you bring
Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and adoption.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Proven track record in Change Management: certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG) is preferred.
Strong expertise in communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate key ideas.
Solid background in the insurance industry and sales.
Proven track record of managing successful change initiatives with a focus on user adoption.
Experience with large-scale technology rollouts and system implementations.
Experience in building buy-in and commitment of senior leaders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management, technology implementation, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
