Your responsibilities

  • Lead change leadership coaching for the site leadership team.
  • Deliver change initiatives to support manufacturing excellence and site growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change action plans.
  • Design and implement impactful communication and learning strategies.
  • Conduct high-level and detailed change impact assessments.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Our requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in change management roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering change across multiple full project lifecycle engagements.
  • Expertise in large-scale operating model changes, global ERP/system deployments, and culture/behaviour change initiatives.
  • Experience working with executive teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong ability to adapt communication styles to engage different organizational levels.
  • High empathy, excellent listening, and communication skills.

Reporting to the Head of Operations Europe Sourcing Factories and part of the Tarnowo Factory Leadership Team, this 2-year role will focus on developing and driving the change agenda towards becoming the Manufacturing Excellence lighthouse in Imperial Brands.
