At the Business Advisory & BPO Competency Center, we provide comprehensive consulting services in the areas of Marketing, Data Management, and HR. We are currently looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our team and support our clients in successfully implementing key organizational transformations.

Responsibilities

• Creating change management plans at the program level, aligned with strategic transformation goals
• Assessing change-related risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Managing anticipated resistance by applying proactive and structured approaches
• Driving the change management workstream using a recognized methodology (e.g., SCALe framework)
• Contributing to the development of communication strategies for transition initiatives
• Crafting content and guiding creative execution to deliver impactful, targeted messaging
• Establishing and overseeing communication channels to ensure audience-specific engagement
• Monitoring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and key deliverables
• Ensuring consistent and transparent communication across all levels of the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within a corporate or consulting environment
• Hands-on knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
• Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools
• Proven track record in designing and executing communication strategies for transformation initiatives
• Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
• Fluent English, both written and spoken - minimum C1 level
