Business travel: Regular travel to the UK
About Us
We are an international organization undergoing a major transformation program. As part of this initiative, we are planning the transition of an entire site, including HR, Finance, and Payroll functions. To ensure a smooth and successful change, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager who will take ownership of the change strategy and execution across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change activities related to the transition of an entire site, covering HR, Finance, and Payroll functions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for complex, cross-functional transformation
- Conduct stakeholder analysis across multiple business units and geographies
- Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans tailored to different audiences
- Work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and functional heads
- Identify change risks, resistance, and operational impacts, and implement mitigation actions
- Monitor adoption, readiness, and effectiveness of change initiatives
- Act as a key liaison between local teams and UK-based stakeholders
- Travel regularly to the UK as part of business requirements to support transition activities
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Change Management, ideally in large-scale transformation or site transition projects
- Proven experience managing organizational change across corporate functions such as HR, Finance, and Payroll
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and international teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Ability to operate in a complex, fast-changing environment
- Willingness and availability to travel regularly to the UK
- English proficiency at minimum [C1 level
Nice to Have
- Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci)
- Experience in shared services, site migration, or operating model transformation
- Knowledge of payroll or financial processes
- Experience working in a global organization
