We are looking for a Change Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments
- Develop and implement change action plans
- Assess organisational readiness for change
- Design and deliver communication and training activities
- Align leadership around change objectives
- Manage stakeholder engagement
- Support role mapping and organisational design
Required Experience:
- Proven track record in delivering business transformation projects enabled by SAP
- Experience in ERP or IT-driven change initiatives
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
- Hands-on involvement across project phases: design, testing, cutover, and go-live
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in manufacturing or supply chain (especially relevant for roles in Tarnowo and Cantabria)
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as PROSCI or ADKAR (beneficial but not mandatory)
