Currently, we are looking for Change Manager for the IT division of one of the largest international pharmaceutical companies. 

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing and overseeing a complex program that enhances employee engagement and drives organizational excellence. You will work closely with leadership to translate business strategy into an annual roadmap of priorities, KPIs and budget.

• At least 5+ years of experience in project or program management and organizational change initiatives in complex organizations;
• Familiarity with Agile or ADKAR methodologies;
• Fluency in English (at least C1);
• Track record of leading enterprise-wide programs and working closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into KPIs, roadmaps and budgets;
• Data-driven mindset able to analyze metrics, risks and make recommendations;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate and partner with senior leaders and project teams;
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities, creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Agile Certificate;
  
• PMP Certificate;
• BC/MA degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
