Required skills:

• University degree;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);
• Medium level of English (Minimum B2);
• Medium level of Polish (Min B2)
• Medium level of German (Min. B2)
• Communication: Fluency in foreign languages with an intermediate/ advanced level in both written and spoken communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Animation capacity: ability to synthetize actions and responsible.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize activities.
• Define priority evolutions and animate partners.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and stress situations.
• Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity: ability to understand the root cause of a process / issue.
• Any experience in customer support, procurement, MBOM activity could be a plus.

Your key responsibilities:

• Analyze the modifications made in the ML according to the checklist.
• Observe the nonconformity in the ML, make the corrections and send mails to MBOM team if is necessary.
• Identifies the right association part number / launch date / Affaire.
• Schedules the application date of each evolution according to the progression of each partner
• Preparation and animation of the Scheduling Meeting and invite all the parties involved.
• Collect the necessary information on the status of new parts, part flow, creation of the contract, orders sent to the supplier for the initial parts.
• Postpone the ML if all visas are still not validated.
• Communicate about parts delay and postpone the ML.
• Send corrective requests to MBOM team.
• Analyze anomalies/gaps, observe the type of anomalies, detect the root cause of appearance of anomalies and find solutions to resolve the issues.
• Good communication with all the partners involved in the process.
• Participation in various meeting with the team and the client.
