• We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Change Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our organizations change management processes, including cyber security remediation, release management, and account maintenance.

• Penetration Testing Ticket Coordination: Manage, log, track, and resolve tickets from penetration testing findings.
• Release Management: Plan, schedule, and control software releases for smooth implementation.
• Cyber Security Remediation: Coordinate efforts with cyber security team, track progress, address vulnerabilities, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• O&I Team Coordination: Serve as liaison between O&I teams and cyber security team for effective remediation.
• Certificate Renewals: Track and coordinate renewal and updating of security certificates with IT department and vendors.
• Account Maintenance: Oversee user account upkeep and promptly address any issues.

• Proven experience in change management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of cyber security best practices and standards.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
