Your new company 

You will join a global IT consulting company that specialises in transformational management and technology. After joining the organisation, you will be supporting their clients from the banking industry, in particular in the cybersecurity area. Your expertise will help the client to build digital solutions that will allow customers to bank quickly, simply and securely.
In particular, you will be joining a team that operates business requestable services across a globally dispersed team, which supports other cybersecurity teams like Network Security, Cryptography and Endpoint Security.

Your new role 

As The Change Management Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting shareholder value and information. You will also be an advocate of a customer-centred culture and champion activities encouraging outstanding customer advocacy. Another task in that position will be seeking opportunities to maximise IT security to improve business operations.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Head of Global Service Delivery with running the regular meetings regarding Change Management process in the organisation. This may include creating the agenda within the ServiceNow CAB workbench.
  • Ensuring adherence to Software Development Lifecycle controls for software changes, educating Change Raisers on the correct processes where necessary.
  • Review Change Records for quality, ensuring sufficient information has been provided within the Change Record to proceed.
  • Timely reporting on Change Management metrics, such as Change Management KCIs and SDLC/DEPL Control compliance
  • Identify common problematic themes, through analysis of change records, and work with Change Raisers to drive through remediation.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of understanding and meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative and actionable manner.
  • Customer-centric consultancy approach with experience in delivering large-scale transformation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technical concepts into a business-friendly language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Influences beyond his/her department, leads transformation initiatives to change behaviours and mindset which make the bank better.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated, large multinational environment.
  • Reliant and adaptive to changing situations, with a strong desire to delegate and empower the team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience of the IT Service Management function and CAB Workbench within ServiceNow.
